IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

Your PUBLIC price should be COMPETITIVE, if you offer a price
that is HIGHER than what you offer direct to the public walking in
to your hotel or on your web site, your hotel will be DELETED
AUTOMATICALLY from our web site free listing!
If you do NOT respond quickly (less than 24 HOURS) to an e-mail
we send you either for a RQ or a FREE sale booking, your hotel will
be DELETED AUTOMATICALLY from our web site free listing!
If you do NOT accept a reservation we send you during a FREE
sale period specified by you, your hotel will be DELETED
AUTOMATICALLY from our web site free listing!
If your hotel is DELETED from our web site, you will have to
PAY to get back in again, the fee will depend on the type of
problem encountered with your hotel.
VALIDITY: We need one full year of validity rates
for example:

01 JUL 2017 - 20 DEC 2017 FREE
21 DEC 2017 - 02 JAN 2018 RQ
03 JAN 2016 - 15 APR 2018 RQ
16 APR 2016 - 30 JUN 2018 FREE

The SOLD OUT DATES for peak dates should be given also and marked RQ!
STATUS: You need to enter a status of free for some periods, some periods may be on a RQ sale basis! Please advise which periods? Minimum is 3 months for free sale periods.
PRICES: Don't forget to INCLUDE BOTH PUBLIC AND NETT PRICES (nett prices is what we will pay to you for each reservation we send you and the nett prices should be an agreed percentage BELOW your PUBLIC prices and MUST INCLUDE ALL TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES as well as any normal meals such as breakfast)
PAYMENTS FROM STI: We do NOT ask for credit, ALL reservations will be PREPAID to you by our corporate credit card for the NETT amount involved!

In case you accidentaly or on purpose DOUBLE charge our credit card for any reason for the SAME reservation, we will ask you to pay us a PENALTY of 50% of the DOUBLE CHARGE amount involved and to issue a CREDIT back to our credit card for the un-authorised charge PLUS the 50% penalty charge.

If you DOUBLE charge our credit card and do not return the double charge and pay the penalty involved immediately we advise you of this matter, your hotel will be DELETED AUTOMATICALLY from our web site free listing!
